It was lovely to meet the Residents at Hanover Court, Hazelmere yesterday and discuss the works which are due to start in their properties very soon.

We are very proud of all of our Workforce and praise like this shows our pride is justified!

My mother who is 80 years old and not in the bests of health was absolutely delighted with the service she received from your engineer. ( She couldn’t remember his name) It was a very cold day and she had been without her heating for a week and was not looking forward to having the disruption in her bungalow. It was not possible to move my mother out for the day due to her health so she had to wrap up warm and be prepared for the inconvenience. Your engineer reassured her that he would get the boiler in and working for her before he went home that day.

Sure enough, he worked solidly all day without stopping until the boiler was in and working. He had arrived at 8.00 am and left her home at 7pm, what a service! He was so considerate to her needs and she said it was a delight to have such an polite friendly work man in her home.

He cleared up every bit of dust and mess which made such a difference considering it could have been a very stressful day for her.

We are all too quick to point out the errors and bad bits of a something but not always so forthcoming with praise for the good bits. Well, Mrs Brown was so relieved to have this engineer, she felt that he went above and beyond in providing an excellent service, not just in workmanship but total consideration.

One of our Surveyors Toby, is involved in the South Coast Transporter Club. Each year they do a “Run” from Beaulieu to Southampton General Hospital where they drop off Christmas Presents for the Children’s Ward.

There are over 100 Camper Vans which take part and when they arrive at the Hospital, they are met with Trolleys to take all of the presents to the ward for distribution.

We Would like to both introduce Kevin Willey and welcome him to CCS.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience having been a Director of his own company Wiltshire and Willey for 37 years. When the company was sold, rather than take early retirement, Kevin decided to seek a new challenge!

Kevin will be overseeing all of the electrical works on all of our contracts and hopefully will help to attract new business to CCS.

We are all very much looking forward to working with you Kevin. Welcome aboard!

We are pleased to announce that we received 100% Customer Satisfaction on the installation of new Water Heaters an Asshetton Bennett House in Surbiton.

Residents who attended the 360 Close out meeting following completion of the works were extremely pleased with the works which had been done and many wanted us to say “Thank you very much” to our workforce who they said were “Polite and helpful” and one Resident said “It would be worth having more works done just so that we could enjoy the company of your lovely Lads”!

We take that as very high praise indeed.
