In 2012 CCS invested in a bespoke IT system and state of the art vehicle tracking to enhance our service for our customers by improving our control and communication with field staff and ultimately improving our service. This enables us to process every single job from start to finish in one system and allows full real time reporting to our back office via an engineer PDA platform.
The implementation of this system has allowed CCS to increase its performance and improve service to all customers and attend 100% of our jobs within the required time frames. It also allows us to hold the most relevant resident/customer information for our clients whilst complying with all data protection laws.
