Accounts Assistant
Duties:
- Purchase ledger – process and match purchase invoices and credit notes for all suppliers. Maintain records of disputed items, issue & request credit notes. Reconcile statements.
- Sub-contractors – Process / match invoices in line with CIS regulations. Process CIS pay slips, process payments. Deal with sub-contractor queries regarding their pay.
- Bank reconciliation – to reconcile via SAGE our bank accounts.
- Process credit card reconciliations
- Produce weekly reports for management.
Requires SAGE skills, ability to handle customer and subcontractor queries by phone and email. Ideally 2+ years experience and AAT qualification.
Salary: £21,000 – £22,500

Domestic Gas Service Engineer
Carrying out servicing of gas appliances and central heating systems to clients properties, ensuring all works are carried out in line with Gas Safety Regulations, Gas Safe requirements, company procedures and client stipulations.

Electrician
Carry out domestic EICR`s to include fuse board changes and hard-wired smoke alarm installs, installation, maintenance & repair of all electrical systems, wiring and fault finding of central heating control systems (shadowing/training if necessary).
In addition, have the ability to fault find, repair and replace door entry and warden call systems. With training if required.
Location: Reading, Guildford and Oxfordshire.

Admin Assistant Planned Works
Providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies. Monitoring planned works for tradesmen and liaising with the client. ECO funding and ECO measures experience desired – not essential.
